Delivery - Costs and Methods
Delivery costs quoted for the items are for UK mainland destinations which include England,
Wales and some Scottish destinations. Please contact us for quotes to Scottish and Irish destinations.
Any delivery costs quoted will be on the assumption that access to the customer's site is reasonably
level and clear. Any access problems must be raised at the time of order. Delivery or collection of parts
or machines can be arranged in any of the following ways:
Machines and parts can be collected by the customer or a specified agent from our premises by prior arrangement.
Machines and parts will be delivered by us within a resonable range of our premises.
We can arrange delivery by post or by courier to all parts of the United Kingdom.
DELIVERY IS QUOTED ON A PER ITEM BASIS. IF MULTIPLE ITEMS ARE ORDERED WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO PROVIDE YOU WITH AN ALL INCLUSIVE DELIVERY CHARGE.
The machines offered have a 12 Months manufacturer's warranty only when used for model engineering, or for light industrial purposes.
If you have a problem then please contact us to discuss your concerns before arranging to return the faulty part or the machine.
Faulty components will be repaired or replaced free of charge during the warranty period.
Damage to machines or components resulting from modification, abuse, or mishandling is not covered.
Consumables like drive belts, bulbs and fuses are not covered but spares are generally available.
Any cost of repair or replacement can only be ascertained after consultation with us and, if necessary, inspection by us.
The carriage costs for return and re-delivery of machines or components are to be paid for by the Customer.
You may return any item to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding carriage.
You are liable for the cost of shipping any item back to us. Insured carriage must be used.
We will not be liable for any damage or loss during the return of any item.

Items must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging.
Any damage to an item, caused by the customer, will be charged accordingly.
